It is a heavy, gray/silver tone metal buckle with darkened accents, made by Buckles of America, a part of their Masterpiece Collection from the 1980s-90s. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-1/4" x 2-1/4", it fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs about 8 oz.
