What a jaw dropping and unique necklace from the 1940s - a true collector's piece. It features such an interesting and stylish design and consists of large honey amber, bright red and marbled dark green Bakelite discs and looks absolutely amazing when worn. The discs are made of Bakelite and have been tested with Simichrome polish. The necklace has a good length and weighs 43 grams. Measurements: 58 cm long (23"), one disc measures 3.7 cm across (1 1/2"), the triangle is in total 17 cm wide x 15 cm long (6 2/3" x 6") Material: The discs are made of Bakelite and the black chain is either Bakelite or celluloid Hallmark: none Condition: very good vintage condition as pictured, with a hook-type fastening US Buyers : Kindly note that due to the new tariffs parcels from New Zealand can only be sent to the US by NZ Post Express service including tracking and insurance.
