This is a fancy silver tone metal buckle with a hand engraved western scroll design and 4 gold tone metal flowers, made by  "Western Flair"  in Colorado Springs, Colorado, in the 1980s. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos, it does have some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-1/2" x 2-5/8", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 2.3 oz.
