This is a silver metal buckle with enamel coloring, made by Justin back in the 80s. It is in pretty decent used condition, as shown in the photos it does have some wear and tear from age or use, the ribbons have not been engraved. The buckle measures approximately 3-7/8" x 3", it fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and it weighs about 3 oz.
