This is a heavy, silver tone metal buckle with red, white and blue enamel coloring, made by Texoma Leather & Brass, of Denison, Texas, in 1986. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it does have some minor wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-5/8" x 2-1/2", fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 6.1 oz.
