This is a larger, bright silver tone metal buckle with an ornate filigree floral scroll design, 2 engravable ribbons and black enamel accents. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it doesn't have much for wear and tear from age or use. The ribbons have not been engraved. It measure approximately 3-7/8" x 2-7/8", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 2.8 oz.
