This is a gold tone metal buckle with gray/silver enamel coloring, a western floral scroll design and a beautiful banded agate stone mount, from the 1970s-80s. It is in pretty decent used condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina, and some wear and tear from age and use. It measures approximately 3-5/8" x 2-1/2", fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 3.7 oz.
