This is a silver tone metal buckle with black enamel accents and gold tone metal eagle and mountains in front of a somewhat iridescent looking sky and clouds, all sealed inside a clear resin mount at the center, from the 1980s. It is in pretty decent vintage condition, as shown in the photos it does have some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-1/4" x 2-3/8", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 4.5 oz.
