This is a larger, silver and gold tone metal buckle with a classic scroll design and a scalloped edge, made by Bernal Silversmiths, in Alpaca, Mexico, in the 1970s-80s. It is in used condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnishing / patina and wear and tear from age and use.
