This is a smaller, round, gold tone metal buckle with darkened accents, made by Spec Cast of Rockford, Illinois, back in the 70s. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it does have some patina and some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 2-5/8" x 2-5/8", it fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs about 3 oz.
