This is a bright silver tone metal buckle with a chrome like finish and black enamel accents, made by Chambers Belt Company, of Phoenix, Arizona, in the 1980s. It is in pretty nice vintage condition, as shown in the photos it does have some wear and tear from age or use. It measure approximately 3-1/8" x 1-7/8", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 1.8 oz.
