This is a gold tone metal buckle with black enamel accents and a turquoise / faux-turquoise stone mount with natural-looking black matrixing (veining), made by ZB in the 1980s. It is in pretty decent vintage condition, as shown in the photos it does have some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-1/4" x 2-3/8", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt, and weighs about 4 oz.
