Dating back tot he 1960s / 1970s, this 5.5 inch tall plastic Santa Claus features a clear snow globe in his belly containing a miniature winter diorama scene of a Father Chrismas with his sack inside. The water inside has evaporated, but the snow remains. There is a plastic plug on the bottom and it is possible that he could be refilled.
