They are black suede on the lower part and embroidered fabric on the upper part. The top of the box is a little dented as I had smaller boxes of shoes on top so it's slightly caved in. I bought these for myself new back in I think 2017.  Never wore them, just adored them!  I love antique Chinese embroidery motifs and they have done these up beautifully.  The wave pattern at the bottom is in a lot of antique Chinese robes.  I seriously like these as a piece of art.  I just thought they were too nice to wear! They are black suede on the lower part and embroidered fabric on the upper part. Zip back.  Heel is 3 inches.  Entire boot including the heel is 19 1/2 inches.  Measuring from side to side they are 7 1/4 inches at the top and 6 1/4 inches about halfway down the design.  At the ankle about 4 1/2 inches side to side with the boot flat.  Measurements all taken on the outside. They are new in the box they came in.  The top of the box is a little dented as I had smaller boxes of shoes on top so it's slightly caved in. Condition: New with box.
