They are a ll New Old Stock (NOS) and have never been displayed or used. Done under the "KEEP AMERICA GREEN" logo by AMERICAN FOREST PRODUCTS INDUSTRIES, INC. for the Michigan Department of Conservation and US Forestry Service.
