Rare Original framed Large Grand Format Billboard Poster by Bouet A remarkably rare investment grade original 1920's French Art Deco grand format advertising poster by legendary illustrator Bouet. Based on historical records from 1923 Antonia Addison was a popular French actress and stage performer. She was part of the theater troupe that performed a well-known adaptation of Voltaire's Candide at the famous Odeon in Paris directed by legendary theater reformer Firmin Gemier making this a very scarce possibly one of a kind theatrical performance poster. It was printed by Atelier Bouet to advertise the actress herself! It is a monumental piece standing 65" tall! These are all permanently attached to the board, cannot be safely removed and rolled up. Appears to be in fair to good shape, discoloration, and some stains below. The piece measures approx 65h x 45w x 3d inches. A very fine addition to any eclectic decor or collection as seen.
