This is First Edition buckle #824, a heavier solid brass buckle with detailed artwork and darkened accents made by Award Design Medals in the 1980s. It is in pretty decent used condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina, and some wear and tear from age and use. It measures approximately 3-5/8" x 2-3/4", fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 5.5 oz.
