This is a silver and gold tone metal buckle with an ornate floral scroll design, tagged: Heavy Silver Plate On Jewelers Bronze, made by Crumrine Mfg., in the 1980s-90s. It is in decent used condition, as shown in the photos it does have tarnishing / patina, and wear and tear from age and use. It measures approximately 3-3/4" x 2-7/8", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 4 oz.
