This is buckle #1036, a larger, heavier, gold tone metal buckle with an ornate western scroll design, detailed bull rider artwork and darkened accents made by Montana Silversmiths. It is in pretty nice vintage condition, as shown in the photos it does have some minor wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 4-1/8" x 3-1/8", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 6 oz.
