I am thinking these are Artist hand made, the type from a Art show type of venue. They are very well made, and super cool looking, and measure 3.30" in overall length, and the circular parts, are 1.38" in diameter, so good size. There are no stamps, but these were tested, and are guaranteed. They just need a light polishing to look shiny again. No damage or repair marks.
