It was tested and is stelring silver, and the workmanship is excellent, with applied pieces, and great hammered style marks, all over the front of the pin. It is also a pendant, with an original tube bale, on the back. It measures 2.27" wide, and 1.47" high. It is perfect, other than the small chip. No damage or repair marks.
