This is a heavy, gray/silver tone metal buckle with detailed artwork over a textured background, made by The Great American Buckle Company in 1983. It is in pretty nice vintage condition, as shown in the photos it doesn't have much for wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-3/8" x 2-3/8", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 7.6 oz.
