Picture is on cardboard with blue surround. There is a wire for hanging the picture. Glass is in good condition. This is a previously owned item. Antique Watercolor miniature portrait of women on paper in brass and corkwood cardboard frame. Early 19th century. Portrait of women wearing a white bonnet which ties in the back, she looks to have light brown hair, wearing a blue under dress with long sleeves with a  white scarf with white collar with ruffle and wearing a black necklace with a cross. Picture is on cardboard with blue surround. The front of the frame is brass, I did not open picture, backing is a cork board with board glued together. There is a wire for hanging the picture. Glass is in good condition.  Approximate outer measurements of the frame is  3-1/2" wide x 4" long. The approximate inner measurements with the picture is 2-3/8" wide x 3" long.
