This gorgeous brooch and earring set dates from Coro's Adolph Katz period. The "jelly belly" center of each bird is a mottled green glass cabochon. The birds' tails and the flowers are studded with clear and pink rhinestones, and the birds' eyes are red. Material:  Gold-tone metal, glass cabochons, glass rhinestones  Mark:  Coro  Approximate sizes Screw-back earrings: 1" x 3/4" Brooch: 2" x 1-3/8" Condition: Fair vintage condition; many rhinestones have been replaced; one earring has a new, gold-filled back; the other is missing two prongs around the green stone.
