Up for sale is a stunning, authentic antique Early American Pattern Glass (EAPG) "Twigs" pattern pocket bud vase. This pattern was designed by Harry Northwood in 1898 and produced at the Indiana, PA plant (later operated by Dugan Glass).This particular piece is the highly coveted Blue/Aqua Opalescent variant. It features a spectacular Uranium Glass formulation that glows intensely bright, electric lime green under ultraviolet/blacklight exposure.Features & Design:Striking milky-white opalescent treatment around a beautiful ruffled, scalloped rim.Intricate, molded root-like three-footed base resting on a textured bark/grass footing.Delicate embossed twigs and tendrils climbing the paneled body.Stands at the unswung standard "Tiny Twigs" factory height of approximately 4.5 to 5 inches. Excellent Mint Antique Condition. Absolutely flawless with no chips, cracks, flea bites, or repairs. The delicate, thin glass tendrils climbing the body are completely intact, and the open spaces between the three root feet are perfectly clean and separated.
