This is a stunning vintage Modernist fold-over slide pendant necklace. This beautiful piece features a substantial .925 sterling silver slide pendant measuring approximately 1.60" long by 0.68" wide. Nestled at the base of the fluid, structural ribbon design is a premium, deep red oval faceted natural Garnet gemstone. The gemstone is highlighted with light Yellow Gold plating on its smooth protective bezel setting, which perfectly matches a beautiful light Yellow Gold-plated micro-dot / stippled accent stripe running elegantly across the middle front of the pendant. The pendant safely rests on a  20" Italian sterling silver faceted oval cable chain. The chain boasts excellent brilliant reflective properties due to its diamond-cut faceting and secures smoothly with a dependable spring ring clasp. Together, the total combined weight of the pendant and chain is a solid 10.6 grams. The back of the pendant is stamped with a "925" purity mark alongside a unique geometric stylized maker's mark (a triangle nested inside a triangle with a central dot) denoting its boutique artisan design history.
