I think this is from around 2010.  I started selling Bethany Lowe things around 2008 and I know it's from around that time.   It's a black cat Jack O'lantern ornament with chenille arms and legs, crepe paper accents, non-woven fabric accordion body and a paper mache head.  His head opens all the way through into the honeycomb body so he could be a container also.  You can pose his arms and legs differently.  The honeycomb doesn't behave perfectly but it didn't either when I used to get these in new from Bethany Lowe to sell.  This has such a great vintage look!
