This is a vintage solid brass chamber candlestick holder with drip plate and finger ring holder. The edge has an embossed floral design. It does have some patina so please see all pictures for condition details. It is about 2.75 in tall and about 6 in wide not including the finger holder. There is one small dent in the drip plate. The top rim where the candle would actually sit is able to be rotated 360 degrees in place, but it is secure to the rest of the candle holder.
