This is a bright silver tone metal buckle with dark pink rhinestones mounted across a steer head in the center, a classic floral scroll design, and a string of light pink rhinestones along the edge, from the 1990s-2000s. It does have a small bag of replacement rhinestones attached to the loop. It is in pretty nice vintage condition, as shown in the photos it does have some minor wear and tear from age or storage, but does not appear to have ever been used. It measures approximately 3-5/8" x 2-5/8", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 4.2 oz.
