Approximately measurements underarm to underarm across lying flat 20 1/2 inches (double for chest size 41 inches) length from top of shoulder to hi hem 22 3/4 inches and to low hem 23 1/2 inches, sleeves inseam from underarm seam to end of sleeve 18 inches and out seam from top of shoulder seam to end of sleeve 20 inches see photos # 15 to # 18.
