One 18K (stamped & tested) yellow gold Natural Sapphire and Ruby cross pendant. One 18K (stamped & tested) yellow gold Natural Sapphire and Ruby cross pendant. The cross is bezel set on one side with five marquise medium pink/red color, moderately included and good to fair quality, measuring 4.25 x 2.20 mm each in diameter, also bezel set into the center and at the base of the cross is one around, mixed cut (total of two), natural Rubies measuring 2.30 mm, each in diameter and twelve bezel set Rubies, three at each end of the cross, measuring 1.90 mm, each in diameter, all of a medium pink/red color, moderately included and good to fair quality. Set on the opposite side of the cross, are natural Sapphire, all of a medium to dark blue color, moderately included and good to fair proportions, having the same measurements and design as the Ruby side.
