Measuring at 12.5 inches tall and 9 inches wide, it is a large and impressive piece that can hold its own as a centerpiece or complement other decorative items. Its origins lie in Germany, where it was produced by the renowned brand Rosenthal. The vase is an original piece, crafted between 1920 and 1949, and features a glazed finish. Its theme of flowers and its intricate design make it suitable for all occasions and it is sure to make a statement in any room. Beautiful porcelain tankard vase from Rosenthal. The vase is a white porcelain with a rose floral design that goes all around the vase.  The top of the vase has a gold painted floral design. The handle also is highlighted in gold, but to be expected, some of the gold paint has worn off the handle. The bottom of the piece has the green mark for Philip Rosenthal & Co of Kronach, Bavaria. They used this particular mark from the late 19th century until the 1930's. That makes the vase approximately somewhere between 82-141 years old. Especially considering it's age, this piece is in excellent condition!   There is crazing on the bottom as shown in photo #9. There are no chips & no scratches.
