Please Read.these are new never opened or played with 1997 mcfarlane toys kiss gene simmons and peter criss ultra action figures.the figures stand around 7" tall.anyway even though these figures are new there is wear on the packages.the plastic part of the packages have scuffs,scratches,spotting and a little crushing damage.there is a slight yellowish tint to the plastic as well.there is a partially peeled up price sticker on the plastic of the peter criss figure,left hand side.the first thing i wanted to mention about the cardboard has some wave to it if you will.they appear to have been exposed to moisture at one time or another.the cardboard part of the packages also have scuffs,scratches,creases and spotting.there are some slight indentations as well.there is edge wear including some scuffing,small nicks and dings and the gene simmons figure has a small 1st layer of cardboard missing towards the upper right hand corner as well as a partially removed price sticker in that same area.the corner wear includes upcurling,fraying,rounding and some seperation.as stated before these are new never played with action figures but the packages have wear.thank you for looking at this listing.
