View Hand Carved Wood Zebra Brown & Black Statue 4-1/4"H X 8"L Pre-Owned Please Read with current marketplace pricing, condition, product images and item details. this is a preowned i believe hand carved zebra wood carving.it is painted brown and black which to me is an odd choice.the figure is 4-1/4" tall at its highest point and 8" long at its longest point.the figure may have been carved out in Kenya but i do not know that for a fact.anyway there is some wear on this figurerine.there was a spot of something stuck to it like a dried grease possibly on the left side.i took a cleaning wipe to it and removed most all of it but you can still see the stain it left even though it is dim,i will do my best to picture it for you.there are three chips in the hoof areas of the zebra,one on three out of the four hoofs and lower leg areas.they appear to have been painted on so its pretty possible they were done during the carving process.once again i will picture them for you.there is some paint wear on the figure.i do not see any cracks or breaks in the carving.like i said i will take pictures for you on the questionable spots.thank you for looking at this listing.
