Item(s) that are shown in pictures are the actual items you will receive. Clean and lint free Velcro. Outfit is in very good shape and well taken care of, Used. Smoke & Pet Free Home. NO DOLL INCLUDED.  NOTE: Mattel did use plastic tabs to secure clothing on/in packaging on some outfits in earlier times.  I do see some tab holes on left, bottom front pant leg, and two-tab holes by lapel on left front jacket and one tab still attached that is securing tie to shirt. I'm not perfect and may have miss some, something that is super important to you, so please look carefully. I am more than happy to provide additional pictures/or answer any questions for you.
