Made in the 1930-1940 era these rose bud sterling silver earrings were a very popular design back then. I do know they were produced in the US but the manufacturer is unknown. All are tested prior to shipping and in good working order.  Description ~  Made in the 1930-1940 era these rose bud sterling silver earrings were a very popular design back then. Many ladies owned this design, but this rose bud design is not easy to find today. I do know they were produced in the US but the manufacturer is unknown.  The flower petals are sterling silver, but the screw backs are heavy sterling silver plate over copper. It is how the threaded portion of screw backs were made to stay strong on almost all antique screw back earrings.  Medium in size, the rose buds are 3/4" or 20 mm wide.  The pair is in great clean condition with no imperfections or flaws such as scratches, scuffs, or dings. The screw backs are in proper working order. The sterling silver plate on the screw backs have some light wear if examined closely. The earrings retain their original patina.
