Large vintage gold-tone floral brooch featuring a highly dimensional flower with a wonderfully textured, almost thistle-like center surrounded by sweeping sculptural leaves. The leaves have finely etched vein detailing and raised central ribs, while the flower head is densely textured with individually modeled stamens. The layered construction gives the piece substantial dimension and a very good mid-century statement-jewelry look. Measures approximately 4” long. Unsigned. Very good vintage condition overall with light surface wear consistent with age. The rollover clasp/closing mechanism has some looseness but closes completely and remains fully functional.
