Tempera on wood panel with metal ( likely silver) halo. Depicts Saint Barbara holding a cross and a branch with inscribed, what looks to be "С̅ТАѦ ВЕЛИКОМꙋ́Ч̅ ВАРВАРА" Condition: In very good condition considering the age as seen in the pictures! Natural separation to the wood at the top. Craquelure and minor loss to the darkened varnish. Minor paint loss. Losses at the edges and a chip to the lower right. Older ( inactive) woodbug holes .
