Add some animals to your nativity scene - contact me to split thelisting.  The camel is the tallest and not in proportion to the others, standing about 3.5 inches tall.  The gray donkey (?) with ears back is about 2.5 inches tall.  The white lamb laying on green grass is about 1.5 inches tall. The ones marked "Japan" and are likely from the same set: The cow and donkey are about 2 inches tall (not counting ear height); 2 laying lambs are about 1 inch tall and 2 inches long.
