This complete set of 12 tiny hand-painted figures has exactly the nostalgic folk-art look collectors are loving again — colorful little soldiers, angels, winter figures and whimsical sleigh/rocking-horse scenes, all tucked into the original fitted box. These have wonderful 1970s/1980s retro Christmas character with an Erzgebirge-inspired, Scandinavian folk art feel. Their petite scale and handmade appearance make them especially sweet on a vintage-style tree, tabletop tree or mixed into a collection of old-world wooden ornaments. Includes all 12 ornaments shown plus original Cavon Group box. Appears to be unopened in the original packaging. The aged original tape/seal remains in place, and I have not opened or disturbed the set. Ornaments are exceptionally well preserved with minor age/storage-related paint rubs and small areas of paint loss visible through the packaging. Original box and packaging show age/storage wear.
