I'm no expert but the brooch seems to be from the 1920s-1940s Egyptian Revival. Handcrafted with a hallmark (which I wasn't able to identify but pictures are posted). heavy tarnish but a nice vintage wear in my opinion. I'm not sure if it's .800 or .900 silver.
