Both earrings are signed WEISS N.Y., an early and less commonly encountered Weiss maker’s mark used approximately 1942–1951. The clear rhinestones beautifully complement the early design and predate the widespread popularity of aurora borealis (AB) rhinestones in costume jewelry during the mid-1950s. In excellent vintage condition with bright metal, beautiful stones, and no noticeable patina. All rhinestones are present, and the clip mechanisms function properly.
