The mirror has a few faint scratches and tiny spots; any cloudiness around edges is soil from many years of hanging. Vintage gilt wood and gesso framed mirror in Rococo or Baroque style, from Italy, probably made between 1930 and 1960 from my research and the style of the backing. The frame looks like it might be finished with real gold leaf from the details; see photo of back - the straight edge of gold like a sheet of gold leaf. The heavily carved frame is 12" x 15" at largest and 2" thick at thickest. The mirror has a few faint scratches and tiny spots; any cloudiness around edges is soil from many years of hanging.
