Green Yellow Treated Jadeite Carved Vase Pendant 35mm 8g Beautiful and unusual carved green and yellow jadeite pendant in a miniature vase/vessel form with detailed pierced and dimensional carving. This pendant was part of a necklace that was examined during a jewelry evaluation. The evaluator identified the piece as green/yellow treated jadeite and noted that the jade had been treated. The evaluation did not specify the type of treatment. The pendant was originally suspended from a 22K gold chain . The chain has since been removed and sold separately and is not included in this listing . The carving features striking variations of vivid green, yellow-green and darker green, with areas of attractive translucency. The carved jadeite appears very well preserved, with no chips or cracks observed. The two small gold-tone suspension rings show minor age-related wear. No precious-metal markings have been found on the rings, and their metal content is unknown.
