The ring has a distinctive tapered gold band , measuring approximately 3 mm at its widest point and 1.8 mm at the base . This is a fancy, one-of-a-kind cocktail ring , reportedly custom made by a goldsmith. The exact age is unknown. The ring is in excellent condition with no evidence of wear .
