Please be patient and we will keep you informed of the progress.   If your item arrives with damage due to the shipping process, we are happy to reimburse you. This reimbursement can work in two ways:       TOTAL REFUND: A total refund will ONLY happen if the item was completely lost or damaged in a way that renders it unusable. To receive a complete refund, you need to photograph and send pictures of the broken item and the packing box. Then you must package and ship the damaged item back, including the broken pieces. The buyer is required to pay the return shipping costs. A total refund can also happen if you are dissatisfied with your item. In this case the packaging and return of the item is also mandatory.       PARTIAL REFUND: A partial refund will happen if your item was damaged due to the shipping process.
