On this type of medal with a cross in the front middle(a lot of times-there is a dove)- there is usually a different type of theme on the back. The front and back of the medal for St. Christopher and St. Joseph match for the picture and saying-St. Christopher protect us--St. Joseph  pray for us- in the same quadrant-front and back. This is the only one I could find listed of this type.  It is a rare find for collectors, particularly those interested in Christianity and religion.
