It is new in the original packaging, but the top of the package has been opened and there is some creasing on the bottom. It looks like the display hanger was cut off at the top. The contents are mint. Please see the pictures for more detail. This includes two small bags (the whole package measures about 6-1/2" tall by 6" wide at the widest (on the bottom). They both have zippers and cute glittery designs on them. I have seen this referred to as the "Cosmic" combo, but I think someone just got it confused with "Cosmetic" and didn't have an unopened one to refer to.  I will ship this Ground Advantage.
