The Carnelian is high polished and carved and pierced on both sides so it gleams with a very high glassy luster. Hallmarked 925 on the back of each bail and lever back. Weight: 6.3 grams. These wonderful Art Deco hand carved gems are no longer being hand carved so once they are gone they are gone. On offer are these beautiful Vintage Chinese Hand Carved Moth or Butterfly Carnelian gems that are suspended below genuine Turquoise and Red Ruby beads with Gold Vermeil (gold over Sterling Silver) Lever Backs for pierced ears. The Carnelian is high polished and carved and pierced on both sides so it gleams with a very high glassy luster. Hallmarked 925 on the back of each bail and lever back. They measure 2.25 inches in length x 7/8 inch wide. In very fine condition with no damage or repairs because they are old stock that has never been worn. Weight: 6.3 grams. These wonderful Art Deco hand carved gems are no longer being hand carved so once they are gone they are gone. Being hand carved they vary slightly in size and shape attesting to their authenticity.
