Romantic Belinda's Designs Couture Dress This elegant dress was purchased from a small boutique that used to be in South Beach.  They specialized in romantic period era garments.  The dress is made of high quality materials.  It is olive green but there are changes in shade when light hits the velvet or the silk.   I purchased dress in late 90s early 2000.  It is a very special dress, but I thought it time to find a new home for this one. High Quality Fabrics - Silk Charmeuse, Damask Burned Out Velvet, Thick Guipure Lace  Pullover Styling; Lined with Silk Handkerchief Hem No Stretch Long Slightly Puffed Sleeve - the Top of sleeve is a silk charmeuse so not an exaggerated puffed sleeve - it is as you see on the mannequin. MEASUREMENTS: Approximate Measurements laying flat are -  Bust (armpit to armpit) - 18" Waist - 14.75"  Hips - 22"  Length at longest point  - 52.25"  Length at shortest Point - 48.5" MATERIAL: Silk Charmeuse, Damask Burnout Velvet, Guipure Lace CONDITION: Preowned - Excellent Condition - had stored away - Please note though that brand name tag has been removed SIZE: Tag missing but should be a small or a smaller medium.
